Small Wedding and Reception

Hi, we are planning a small ceramony and reception at Mayfield Gardens and Cottage on 9/29/2018. We will need help with set up of chairs for ceramony, attachment of floral swag to stone arch where vows will be, round tables and chairs set up for reception(with linens) platters for heavy appetizers, plates, flatware, non glass wine glasses, set up of flowers and vases on tables, table set up for buffet, cake table, decor on tables, and string lighting installation and set up and clean up. this will be a very small wedding of about 25-30 guests….. we would like to keep it as simple as possible and the cost down.

We are having an afternoon wedding on November 11 and would like to talk about draping the interior of the Addison Grove barn. I have seen some examples of the draping along the pillars inside the barn, and love the way that divides the room.
