Last weekend of the year we joined an all star vendor team to create the perfect luxe sophisticated moody atmosphere for Claire+ Steven at Brazos Hall in Austin Texas.

It was an awe- inspiring transformation of Brazos Hall and different from any other draping installation done their as of yet. When Becky Navarro of Pearl Events Austin approached our team about the project we were excited that a bride wanted to completely cover the ceiling at Brazos Hall for the very time ever and that they would choose our team to help them with the challenge!

Our team came in and draped the sides with beautiful rich pewter velvet draped panels and the ceiling was covered in pewter sheer softening the ceiling but creating the moody feel inside the spa out. We collaborated with Antonio of Transparent Floral + Ilios Lighting to ensure that both the lighting and florals were flowing cohesively keeping the style clean and yet luxe sophisticated through

The end results were breathtaking and we were very pleased with the way that the varying textures between velvet fabric and sheer came together so nicely and how the room instantly turned into a whole new world for Claire + Steven.

Tent Draping in Austin, Texas at Unique Design and Events

Valentine’s Day was a busy one for us as we were installing custom ceiling draping inside an outdoor tent for a private event alongside a great team of local vendors such as Townsley Designs, David Kurio Design, Austin Event Lighting + Marquee Rents all based out of Austin Texas.

Ms. Victoria Hentrich Owner of Hentrich Events executed the marvelous evening event at private residence and the end results were incredible! It was an amazing set up from the draping to the custom furniture, decor and chandeliers provided by Townsley Designs to the stunning fresh florals adding all the elegance to the scenery~ It was a spectacular lighting setting all customized by Austin Event Lighting and the lighting extraordanaire Sean Krenek himself took care of all the lighting specs for this event ensuring everything was flawless.

Our team installed red velvet draping through out the entire ceiling and sides of the tent creating the perfect red box! Way to go team it was stunning!

Draping at Canyon wood Ridge in Drippings

We are so excited to bring you a few sneak peeks into this gorgeous wedding celebration that took place at Canyonwood Ridge in Dripping Springs. This wedding reception exceeded all party expectations and ended up being so beautiful with just the right draping, lighting and exceptional florals by Flora Fetish.

Our team installed soft ivory sheer draping to frame the main ballroom at Canyonwood Ridge. Executing this stunning event was Tracy Collins of Tracy Collins Events and she came to us requesting to add a simple soft touch with draping that would compliment the rest of the decor being provided by Flora Fetish and Marquee Rents. Once everything was complete the room was absolute breathtaking.

Ceiling Draping at Brazos Hall

We are thrilled to share with you a wedding of a lovely couple that we took care of a few months ago with ceiling draping services at Brazos Hall in Austin Texas.

Barbara Hearne owner of Barbara’s Brides created a dreamy celebration with luxurious decor including spectacular florals by Bouquets Of Austin.

Our team came in and installed ivory sheer draping downstairs in the main ballroom in between the existing pillars that are located in the center area of the ballroom framing essentially the ballroom space creating a romantic feel complimenting the rest of the decor elements.

We truly enjoyed taking care of Carmen + Brandon and wish them the best of luck in their journey together as one !

Ceiling Draping Treatment at Addison Grove in Dripping Springs Texas

Early March we had the pleasure of working hand in hand with the talented Melanie Mayhar of Mayhard Designs and we can’t tell you how much fun we had working with her!

She came to us because she had a unique idea for using her clients existing rustic chic style barn wedding venue Addison Grove in Dripping Springs for both her wedding ceremony and wedding reception!

We thought it was a great idea to style this gorgeous barn in a light sheer fabric creating a floating wall – backdrop for the ceremony and then reuse as a grand entrance for the guest to enter into the reception itself. Customizing this floating wall took lots of planning and fabrication by our team weeks prior to. The end result was stunning.

Ceiling Draping Rental in Austin Texas at Unique Design and Events

A few weeks ago we received a request to travel to San Angelo Texas to help a very prestigious caterer local of the town with an over the top event that was being held at The Performance Arts Center of San Angelo , Texas. Mr. G said that he googled Austin Draping Experts and found us. After reviewing our website and the knowledge that our team was skilled with he knew we were the company that he needed to hire for this huge task. We couldn’t eager to be a part of this event and more so to be the first to transform a performance arts center into a full 4 space ballroom for this grand event!

Quickly we got to work fabricating custom draperies and planning our logistical timeline for the install and breakdown.

The transformation of all 7 spaces at The Performance Arts Center in San Angelo, Texas were absolutely breathtaking!

The theme for this star studded event was Diamonds in the Ruff and our color palette consisted of rich shades of golds, silvers and touches of blacks through out as well. The first room was draped in black and was completed with elegant linens , clear acrylic chiavari chairs as well as black ceiling draping. This room sat approximately 100 guests and the end result of the transformation created with draping was incredible.

The second space we transformed was draped in silver velvet draping through out and accompanied by silver sheer draping panels as well that attached to gorgeous crystal chandeliers. This room was sophisticated and sleek and it was too a jaw dropper with upgraded elegant linens and chiavari chairs for all the guest seating.

The third room was a small cocktail area and was not far behind from the others with draping and ceiling draping as well. This party had a beautifully draped foyer custom vip bar area also draped in sleek black drapes and highlighted by LED up lights through out the room.

The fourth room was nothing less of regal and royal. The champagne taffeta draping played off so well and was complimented by amber up lights through out. For this ceiling we installed a full perimeter ceiling draping in champagne sheer and it was gorgeous!

Our team really worked hard to execute this full draping production all within a day and the extensive draping for both ceiling and wall draping took nearly 12 hours to complete. The flexibility of install time is extremely key to ensure flawless draping time to adjust and modify any small details. Nearly 1000 feet of draping were installed as well as ceiling draping and only a skilled team can carry out and accomplish a perfect set up with prestine and immaculate presentation. Our draping team did that and more!
