A few weeks ago we received a request to travel to San Angelo Texas to help a very prestigious caterer local of the town with an over the top event that was being held at The Performance Arts Center of San Angelo , Texas. Mr. G said that he googled Austin Draping Experts and found us. After reviewing our website and the knowledge that our team was skilled with he knew we were the company that he needed to hire for this huge task.   We couldn’t eager to be a part of this event and more so to be the first to transform a performance arts center into a full 4 space ballroom for this grand event!

Quickly we got to work fabricating custom draperies and planning our logistical timeline for the install and breakdown.

The transformation of all 7 spaces at The Performance Arts Center in San Angelo, Texas  were absolutely breathtaking!

The theme for this star studded event was  Diamonds in the Ruff and our color palette consisted of rich shades of  golds, silvers and touches of blacks through out as well. The first room was draped in black and was completed with elegant linens , clear acrylic chiavari chairs as well as black ceiling draping. This room sat approximately 100 guests and the end result of the transformation created with draping was incredible.

The second space we transformed was draped in silver velvet draping through out and accompanied by silver sheer draping panels as well that attached to gorgeous crystal chandeliers. This room was sophisticated and  sleek and it was too a jaw dropper with upgraded elegant linens and chiavari chairs for all the guest seating.

The third room was a small cocktail area and was not far behind from the others with draping and ceiling draping as well.  This party had a beautifully draped foyer custom vip bar area also draped in sleek black drapes and highlighted by LED up lights through out the room.

The fourth room was nothing less of regal and royal. The champagne taffeta draping played off so well and was complimented by amber up lights through out. For this ceiling we installed a full perimeter ceiling draping in champagne sheer and it was gorgeous!

Our team really worked hard to execute this full draping production all within a day and the extensive draping for both ceiling and wall draping took nearly 12 hours to complete. The flexibility of install time is extremely key to ensure flawless draping time to adjust and modify any small details. Nearly 1000 feet of draping were installed as well as ceiling draping and only a skilled team can carry out and accomplish a perfect set up with prestine and immaculate presentation.  Our draping team did that and more!
