Hi I am planning an engagement party that will be a hindu engagement ceremony. I wanted to meet to get a feel and quote for how much decor would cost. I would want a backdrop/stage. I would also need simple but elegant centerpieces and help nailing down a theme for the event. Allen Baca Senior Center – Round Rock
I have an event at the Allen Baca Senior Center on Saturday, 10/27 from 9-3pm.
I need 4 privacy booths with 4 8 x 10 panels around them…that would be 16 8×10 panels.
The booths are not configured next to each other.
Set up would be at 8:00 , tear down at 3:00.
What can you quote me for rental and set up / tear down?
