Austin Event Decor at Four Seasons Austin Hotel

As we dive into the weekend we are excited to share with you the wedding anniversary of our dear friendor Becky Navarro Owner of Pearl Events Austin that took place only a few weeks ago. We’ve collaborated with Becky on many of her social + corporate clients supporting all her drapery needs. Without a doubt this was a celebration we were not going to miss and with Becky’s philosophy ” Go BIG or Go HOME we teamed up with her fave vendors and did just that BIG effect leaving you with two words to say EPIC + ICONIC!

Four Seasons Austin hotel was transformed into a sophisticated white elegant haven. Bouquets of Austin + Westbank Flowers blew everyone away with their amazing talent in the floral decor. Townsley Designs + Premier Rentals provided modern and luxury furniture lounging creating that miami vibe!

Our UDE Team provided white pipe and drape perimeter draping transforming the plain walls into an elegant clean crisp atmosphere. Bouquets of Austin designed a breathtaking floral piece for the dance floor that simply left you speechless..

Of course Becky + TJ looked flawless and Texas Pro Dj kept all their close friends on the dance floor the entire time!

We personally enjoyed celebrating with the two and seeing how beautifully this night unfolded for the two lovebirds. We truly wish them many more years of happiness!

Josh Abbott’s Wedding Ceremony Draping at Brazos Hall in Austin Texas

Last month we had the pleasure of teaming up with wedding planning experts Pearl Events Austin to create the perfect wedding ceremony atmosphere at Brazos Hall in Austin Texas. Westbank Flowers brought all the floral decor glam of the great outdoors indoors bringing in luscious green ivy and foliage surrounded by hundreds of candle decor. Becky Navarro of Pearl Events knew exactly how to create a sophisticated and natural look to best fit the personality of Josh and his fiancee. Unique Design and Events was called in to provide all the crisp white scuba pipe and drape rentals as well as the white sheer pipe and drape that laid over the main entrance creating a privacy for the guests to enter a completely transformed Brazos Hall.

The couple was beyond thrilled with how beautifully the room turned out and we were happy to be able to help with our draping expertise!

Indian Wedding at Renaissance Austin Hotel

We had such a blast with Seema + Anish’s Bollywood Style Sangheet at Renaissance Austin Hotel and here are a few images of how the transformation unfolded through out the day for these two love birds…

The thing that we loved the most abut Seema’s vision was that she was not afraid of color on the contrary for her sangheet decor she wanted bold + vibrant. One of her special requests consisted of many moroccan themed umbrellas… and yes we suspended umbrellas for miles! They were gorgeous once set and were definetly an eye catcher into the ballroom at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. The team at Renaissance Austin Hotel was great to work with and their customer service was excellent if anyone is looking for the perfect space for their next sangheet or garba party this is the perfect ample room for it.

Ceiling Draping at Barr Mansion

We recently had the opportunity to the gorgeous Barr Mansion & Artisan Ballroom . This space just outside of downtown but still in Austin Texas and has the most impressive architecture combining rustic and modern elements that are exquisite in every corner. We partnered with Barbara’s Brides to bring her bride’s vision to life and of course you know it involved our beautiful draping skills ; )

Carolynn really wanted to soften the ceilings with fabric creating a romantic ambiance and this is what we helped her with ; ) The high ceilings allowed a stunning sail effect as well as a slightly different criss cross lay over for the dance floor. The end result was flawless and the bride was thrilled with the look!

Ceiling Draping at Ma Maison in Dripping Springs Texas

We just can’t get enough of how breathtaking this ceiling draping turned out for our bride Amanda last fall at Ma Maison in Dripping Springs Texas just a few minutes from Austin Texas .

Amanda knew that she wanted to soften the high ceilings and she asked for our advice and suggestions. Ma Maison is a beautiful space with amazing views therefore you don’t need to cover the entire completely with draping the right ceiling draping design will do the trick and that’s what happened here!

For Amanda we created a sail effect ceiling treatment that flowed nicely through the wood beams that existingly frame the venue. It was the precise look that Amanda desired and she was beyond thrilled when she saw the end result.

Here’s what Amanda had to say, We were amazed at how beautiful the ceiling draping was at our wedding . Yara and her team are extremely talented and it was above my expectations. The draping set the whole mood of the room and made it feel like a fairytale it was everything I hoped for!
